i agree with the critiques that have been said about the shoulders, head, and breast. how it is right now, it looks like she has no right breast, and the one receding is, in fact, the left one. the problem is that the line of the ribcage is overlapping in front of the breast. if you were to paint in another one or just fix that line so it looks like the breast is coming towards the viewer more, then everything would be solved.
otherwise, i really like the painting style and the exaggeration.
Looks fine to me. I thought they called that forshortening in comic book drawing. Like you know, drawing a characters leg cut off at the knee implying his lower leg is behind the knee. IF she was turned to the point that was her left breast we couldnt see her left arm behind her. If anyone says that about the breast that is just a matter of personal opinion and IMO it looks fine to me, great pic Sab-m!
It looks great and all, but I feel as if the rib cage, back and chest are in the incorrect position. Her breast, to me, seems as if it's very misplaced based on the position of her ribcage and back. I'm not sure how to fix it myself but I thought I would point it out c:
Looks really good, did you use a noise filter on the hair, the fractionation of into many highlights really make the hair look more sparkly And as a quick critic, which can be ignored since it was a colour study, there's something awfully wrong in the relationship between her ribcage/ back and her shoulders.
No, no noise, just a hard brush with texture, and a lot of strokes. ) And no, your critic is good, and now that you mention it I can't see anything else, I exaggerated a little too much the twisting of the torso. I'll fix it as soon as I can, thanks
